Daniel S. Marcotte is a seasoned maritime litigator whose experience includes maritime litigation, the defense of marine insurance claims, and general commercial disputes.   He has spent his entire career defending underwriters and corporations in personal injury claims, first and party insurance claims, and general commercial disputes in state and federal court, as well as in international arbitration proceedings, including obtaining dismissal of claims through summary judgment and winning defense verdicts at trial.  Prior to joining McAlpin Conroy, Mr. Marcotte was an associate at a Florida boutique law firm specializing in maritime litigation.
